Nila is our flagship Indian restaurant and one of the most distinctive Indian restaurants in Bangkok. Entering its second chapter, “Flavours From Every Corner of India,” this new journey celebrates heritage, memory and movement across the subcontinent. Building on its coastal-inspired beginnings, Nila now explores recipes, spices and traditions from every region of India.
