Bookings

  • All room rates and services are subject to 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
  • Each reservation is subject to the hotel provider's change and cancellation policy, which may vary.
  • In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, guests will be charged the applicable change or cancellation fees as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel's policy.

Check-in & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is at 15:00 hrs. and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
  • To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk.
Children - 曼谷阿瑪瑞廊曼機場酒店

Children

  • 0-2歲兒童可以要求嬰兒床，且不收取費用（視需求和住宿可用性而定）。
  • Children aged 1 - 8 years may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents and using existing bedding. Daily breakfast is included.
  • Children aged 9 - 11 years may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents and using existing bedding. Daily breakfast is not included. An extra bed is available upon request at THB 500 nett per night.
  • Children aged 9 - 11 years may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents and using existing bedding. Daily breakfast is included. An extra bed is available upon request at THB 647 nett per night.
  • Guests aged 12 years and above will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast.

General

  • Safe deposit boxes are available in all guest rooms for the secure storage of valuables.
  • The Management accepts no responsibility for loss of money, valuables, jewelry, or other personal belongings on the hotel premises.
  • The Management also declines any responsibility for damage to and/or loss of vehicles and their contents parked in the hotel car park.
  • Guests are advised that smoking tobacco, marijuana, burning incense, or other flammable materials in the guestrooms and hotel premises is strictly prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee of THB 5,000.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during arrival, departure, and while in common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or other public spaces.
