Standard check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact our reservations team in advance to confirm availability.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Details regarding the deposit amount and payment method will be provided during your reservation confirmation.
Our cancellation policy states that cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival may incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. We advise you to review the full cancellation terms in your booking confirmation.

We offer three distinct dining establishments at our hotel: the Essence Restaurant, the Pool bar, and Cascade. Each venue has been meticulously designed to cater to a variety of culinary preferences while providing an exceptional dining experience.
The hotel is located approximately 150 kilometres from Wattay International Airport which subject to a charge of USD 130/private van/ way.
Our hotel provides a dedicated transfer service for guests arriving at Vang Vieng Railway Station. This service is available at a rate of LAK 70,000 per person, per journey.
