- The hotel accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as cash payments in local currency. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.

Children
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate. Please include them as adults in your reservation.
- For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in public areas and when using hotel facilities.
- A maximum of two children under 12 years old may share existing bedding with parents per room. Additional children may require an extra room.

- For security reasons, non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 22:00. Guests are invited to use the lobby lounge for late-night meetings.
